Permanent dentures are a very cost efficient way to replace an entire arch of teeth (either upper/lower) or a full mouth of teeth (both upper AND lower) by using only 4-6 implants per arch. A key difference between permanent dentures and other full arch and full mouth implant options is that they are "fixed". Fixed means you don't take them out. They are screwed in to the implant anchors, are permanent and only your dentist will remove them for cleanings just like having natural teeth cleaned at a routine hygiene appointment.

How Many Teeth Are In All-on-4/All-on-6 Dental Implants?The all-on-4/6 dental implants procedure uses 4-6 implants to support a full arch of teeth. Generally the implants support 10 - 14 teeth. This can be either an upper or lower set of teeth. All-on-4/6 is a great option for patients who are missing all of their teeth, or who have failing teeth that need to be replaced.
